R. Martin Houk, CPA

Mr. Houk is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio. His concentration while earning his Bachelor of Business Administration degree was in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has practiced public accounting for over 20 years. His past experience includes practicing in the tax department at one of the largest firms in Houston, and work at a boutique firm that catered to high net worth individuals. His expertise includes individual, corporate, partnership, and private foundation taxation. His industry knowledge includes oil and gas, real estate, not-for-profit, medical and legal services. He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the Houston CPA Society.

Mr. Houk currently serves as Treasurer for his son’s Trail Life USA Troop. He is a past chairman on committees at the Houston CPA Society, and has served on the board of the Houston chapter of Trinity University’s Alumni Association.
